1. General Policy
Tradescribe operates on a subscription-based model. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, however, cancellations will only affect future billing cycles. No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycle.
1.1 Subscription Cancellations
- Users can cancel their subscriptions via their dashboard or by emailing support@tradescribe.in.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.
- Once cancelled, users will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle.
1.2 Service/Product Cancellations (Non-Subscription)
For one-time purchases or non-subscription services:
- Cancellations are not allowed post-purchase, as these are digital, instantly accessible products.
- In cases of accidental duplicate payments, refunds may be initiated after verification.
1.3 Auto-Renewals
- All paid plans are set to auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled by the user.
- Tradescribe is not liable for any auto-renewal charges if the user has failed to cancel on time.
1.4 Promotional & Discounted Services
- Any service availed under a discount or promotional scheme is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
1.5 Account Termination by Tradescribe
Tradescribe reserves the right to terminate any account due to:
- Violation of terms of service
- Abuse or misconduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of intellectual property
In such cases, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
