4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate trade data (via CSV, broker sync, or manual entry).
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Fees charged in INR, inclusive of GST.
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled.
• Refunds governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Accuracy of Data

Analytics are up to 95% accurate; users must verify results independently.

7. No Liability for Trading Losses

Trading carries risk. Tradescribe is not liable for profits, losses, or outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Designs, logos, gamification mechanics, analytics modules, and code are property of Tradescribe. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute.

9. User Content License

Users retain ownership of uploaded data but grant Tradescribe a limited license to process, display, and analyze it for providing services.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or security issues.
• Users may terminate anytime via account settings.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Siliguri, West Bengal.

🔒 Future-Proof Clauses

12. Cookies & Tracking

Cookies/local storage are used for sessions, streak tracking, analytics. Opt-outs possible, but features may be limited.

13. Indemnity

Users indemnify Tradescribe against claims, damages, or disputes from misuse, inaccurate data, or third-party actions.

14. Arbitration

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Siliguri, West Bengal.

15. Force Majeure

Tradescribe is not liable for failures from natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, or government actions.

16. International Users

Non-Indian users agree that disputes fall under Indian law and Siliguri jurisdiction.

17. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI-generated insights are educational only, not financial advice. Tradescribe is not responsible for actions taken from AI output.

18. Limitation of Liability Cap

Maximum liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
