Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We at Tradescribe strive to provide top-tier digital tools and services to our users. Due to the nature of digital products, all payments made for subscriptions, services, and digital goods are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

1.1 Subscription Products

All subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annually) are charged in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstance, including:

• Partial usage of the service
• Non-usage of the service
• Accidental purchases

1.2 Technical Errors

If a user faces a technical issue that prevents access to the platform and we fail to resolve it within 7 business days, only a partial pro-rata refund may be initiated upon investigation.

1.3 Promotional Offers

Purchases made during promotional events, offers, or discounts are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

1.4 Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will result in account suspension. Legal action may be pursued in cases of fraud.
